The property benefits from having two separate FAMILY SUITES with their own entrances off the main driveway of the villa. These have 2 bedrooms each and a bathroom with shower. The downstairs family suite has a double and twin bedroom with interconnecting bathroom. The upstairs family suite also has in addition to the bedrooms a lounge and dining area which includes a double sofa bed.
There is a superb lounge with two seating and dining areas, and a separate snug TV room off.
The main villa has 8 bedrooms.
You won't want to miss the MASTER SUITE - it's truly spectacular and enormous with 2 super king size beds, a sofabed, chill out area, open fireplace for winter nights, a walk in dressing room and an amazing ensuite bathroom complete with sauna, shower and sunken circular bath with views over the garden.
This villa is north of Nueva Andalucia, just along the road from La Quinta Golf club. 6.5km from Puerto Banus (10 minutes drive).
In Nueva Andalucia you'll find some great sophisticated bars like the Living Rooms, some fantastic cafes and wonderful restaurants plus shopping centre, banks and supermarket.
You'll be just a short drive to the beaches and beach clubs running from Guadalamina/San Pedro de Alcantara to Puerto Banus and beyond. There's a fantastic promenade that runs for over 10km and is great for walking, cycling and beach bar touring (with plenty of salsa, seafood and watersports along the way).
If you enjoy golf this is golf valley with Las Brisas, La Quinta and Los Naranjas golf clubs right on your doorstep. Plus some fabulous spa hotels and boutique shopping.

In light of the uncertainties due to the Coronavirus we now require a reduced amount (15%) as the non-refundable deposit. Some of the remaining amount is split over the intervening period with the balance due 28 days before arrival. If the booking is less than 10 weeks away it is 40% in advance non-refundable and depending on the time, the payment schedule will be advised.
These prices include 300 euros towards the electricity usage. Anything used above this is payable at the end of your stay to the property manager (based on a meter reading). Actual charges depend how much air conditioning is used usually so be careful not to just leave it on! End cleaning is also included in the prices

Pool heating is available at extra cost. Please ask.

Prices include 1 mid week communal area clean for stays of 5-9 nights and 2 cleans for 10-14 nights.
We provide dining tables and chairs (rectangles not circular) for approximately 60 people - 30 indoors and 30 outdoors on the terrace, connected by sliding glass doors so the two areas can be used at the same time. There are plates, glasses and cutlery for approximately 60 people but this can vary so if numbers are important please ask for an inventory count.
A large BBQ can be found on the terrace overlooking the lovely gardens with trickling stream and bridge. You'll also find a private padel tennis court hidden away here.
The gorgeous pool has its own covered area with seating for 8, a bar area and at the side of the villa a pool table and more seating under cover. Sunloungers are provided around the pool for approximately 18-20 guests and there is a toilet for those using this area.
Inside the property you can enjoy the lovely cellar wine bodega and lots of additional seating and terrace areas. Plenty of space for a big group, all situated on a private gated estate with security guard.
There is a venue free applicable for events. Please let us know your event plans and we will let you know the cost for use as a venue.

- we issue a rental contract with your details on (name, address, passport number, email, telephone, date of birth)
- attached to contract are details of terms, conditions and payment
- your dates are then reserved for 48 hours only during which time the signed contract and deposit must be received to confirm the booking
- this villa takes a 15% deposit paid direct to the owner’s international bank - this may change through the year and will be detailed to you on booking
- the rest of the payments will be spread out across the intervening period with the final payment due 4 weeks before arrival
- there is a security deposit required on arrival against damages of 1000 euros cash or credit card number will be taken. This may be increased for events, weddings, stag parties etc
- your booking is only reserved when the deposit is received not when the contract is sent
- cancellation terms and conditions are on the booking contract - please ask as these change with Covid etc and are continually reviewed
