Villa Rado
The property benefits from having two separate FAMILY SUITES with their own entrances off the main driveway of the villa. These have 2 bedrooms each and a bathroom with shower. The downstairs family suite has a double and twin bedroom with interconnecting bathroom. The upstairs family suite also has in addition to the bedrooms a lounge and dining area which includes a double sofa bed.
There is a superb lounge with two seating and dining areas, and a separate snug TV room off.
The main villa has 8 bedrooms.
You won't want to miss the MASTER SUITE - it's truly spectacular and enormous with 2 super king size beds, a sofabed, chill out area, open fireplace for winter nights, a walk in dressing room and an amazing ensuite bathroom complete with sauna, shower and sunken circular bath with views over the garden.
This villa is north of Nueva Andalucia, just along the road from La Quinta Golf club. 6.5km from Puerto Banus (10 minutes drive).
In Nueva Andalucia you'll find some great sophisticated bars like the Living Rooms, some fantastic cafes and wonderful restaurants plus shopping centre, banks and supermarket.
You'll be just a short drive to the beaches and beach clubs running from Guadalamina/San Pedro de Alcantara to Puerto Banus and beyond. There's a fantastic promenade that runs for over 10km and is great for walking, cycling and beach bar touring (with plenty of salsa, seafood and watersports along the way).
If you enjoy golf this is golf valley with Las Brisas, La Quinta and Los Naranjas golf clubs right on your doorstep. Plus some fabulous spa hotels and boutique shopping.
Bed configuration can change, this is the latest information we have. If the bed layout is critical to your stay and decision making please check with us before booking. Beds cannot be moved between bedrooms etc and guests are not permitted to bring more than the contracted number of people no matter where they sleep!

These prices include a first allowance of €500 per week towards the electricity usage. Anything used above this is payable at the end of your stay to the property manager (based on a meter reading). Actual charges depend how much air conditioning or heating is used usually so be careful not to just leave it on! End cleaning is also included in the prices

Prices include 1 mid week communal area clean for stays of 5-9 nights and 2 cleans for 10-14 nights.

However ALL events are subject to the approval of the villa owners/management and specific terms apply. Guests limits will be detailed on your communications / contract as provided by the villa management.
As with all villas in this area, there are noise nuisance restrictions in place and noise curfews strictly enforced for residential properties. Please check that your plans would be suitable for this villa hire.
We provide dining tables and chairs (rectangles not circular) for approximately 60 people - 30 indoors and 30 outdoors on the terrace, connected by sliding glass doors so the two areas can be used at the same time. There are plates, glasses and cutlery for approximately 60 people but this can vary so if numbers are important please ask for an inventory count.
A large BBQ can be found on the terrace overlooking the lovely gardens with trickling stream and bridge. You'll also find a private padel tennis court hidden away here.
The gorgeous pool has its own covered area with seating for 8, a bar area and at the side of the villa a pool table and more seating under cover. Sunloungers are provided around the pool for approximately 15+ guests and there is a toilet for those using this area.
Inside the property you can enjoy the lovely cellar wine bodega and lots of additional seating and terrace areas. Plenty of space for a big group, all situated on a private gated estate with security guard.
There is a venue fee applicable for events. Please let us know your event plans and we will let you know the cost for use as a venue. The price is based on guest numbers.

The villa is located 8 km from Marbella and 5-6 km from Puerto Banus. The area is quiet yet close to amenities. The La Quinta Clubhouse and 5-star Melia Hotel are minutes away. Facilities include 27-hole golf course, restaurant, Spa & Fitness Centre, Kids Club and Golf Academy.
A short drive down will take you to a junction leading to the Ronda Road, the A7 motorway exit and the bustling authentic town of San Pedro with a large supermarket right at the entrance. Also close by is the charming village of Benahavis, considered a gourmet gem.Malaga Airport is a 45 minute drive from the villa.

- rental is subject to terms, conditions and payment route, which will be given with your contract / on a link for you to read. By booking you are accepting the terms and conditions, cancellation etc
- your dates are then reserved for 48 hours only during which time the signed contract and deposit must be received to confirm the booking
- this villa takes a deposit of usually 22-25% paid direct to the owner’s international bank - this may change through the year and will be detailed to you on booking.
- the balance is due 12 weeks before arrival
- there is a refundable security / damages deposit required against damages of 1000 euros currently taken via paypal with the balance payment. This may be increased for events, weddings, stag parties etc
- your booking is only reserved when the deposit is received not when the contract is sent
- cancellation terms and conditions are on the booking contract - please ask as these change and are continually reviewed
- if you wish to pay credit or debit card it is possible if you use a currency transfer agency such as wise.com or horizon currencies (there are many others). If you are aiming to pay euros from a non euro bank then using a transfer agency can typically save money as they will also give a very miuch better exchange rate to you than the banks will by paying direct. We highly recommend all clients investigate this payment route either for the bank transfer or to facilitate card payment for yourself
