Villa Tranquility
This villa is what contemporary villas close to the beach are all about in Marbella. Modern interiors, light bright spaces, a very special pool (Balinese style), guest/staff apartment - and a stunning view of La Concha mountain.

If you leave the pool, head up to the stunning solarium rooftop terrace where you will find a bubbling jacuzzi, outdoor shower, large lounge area, BBQ grill and outdoor kitchen. Don't worry about walking up stairs - the property also has a private lift!

The fully equipped modern Gunni & Trentino kitchen with Miele appliances leads to a spacious dining area. There is also an outside covered dining area that flows beautifully from the inside spaces to the outside.
On the upper level, guests have access to a superb master bedroom with a private terrace, a dressing room and an elegant en-suite bathroom.

Villa Tranquility is in a superb location just a short walk to Puerto Banus and a 10 minute drive to Marbella's famous Golden mile.
Located in Nueva Andalusia close to Aloha Gardens and Centro Plaza, you have a fantastic choice of bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc.
Main amenities are reached in a short walk such as 500m to the butchers, 650m to Mercadona supermarket, 8 minutes walk to Mosh Fun Kitchen, Mogli Marbella restaurant and the Aloha Gardens strip of amenities.
1.5 km to the famous NAO beach club and 2.3 km to Puerto Banus marina, bars, shops, restaurants, beach, etc. It couldn't be much better for something of this quality and location.
