Set in the beautiful hills of Calahonda, the villas are located around 2½ km from the nearest beach, and offer stunning views of the surrounding mountains, valleys and coast.
The 3 villas are next door to each other and are separated with a gate and garden path. This makes them the perfect flexible solution for larger families, corporate groups etc. All three have their own private swimming pool and jacuzzi. 2 of the pools can be heated at an extra charge in the cooler months.
The total package gives you 20 bedrooms across the 3 villas, with 8 double bedrooms and 12 twin bedrooms and 12.5 bathrooms.
There are plenty of other great facilities on offer and at a value price that can't be beaten. You can enjoy time not just in the swimming pools but playing on 3 table tennis tables, pool tables, badminton area, or watching UK TV with Netflix and Prime. Of course the villas comes with wiFi, air-conditioning/heating, washing machine and plenty of parking space.
This superb estate is located 20 km from the delightful hillside town of Mijas which is well worth a visit. If you want to venture further afield, Marbella is about 20 minutes away on the road, and Puerto Banus 25 minutes. Transfer time from Malaga airport around 30 minutes.
There is an English Management Agency who look after the villas and are on call to answer any questions and help.

Ground level - Master bedroom and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds in each room

Villa Three - sleeps 14
Entrance level - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds
Upper level - 3 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms have double beds 1 bedroom has 2 single beds
Basement level - One bedroom with double bed then one big bedroom with 4 single beds
TRES ESTATE : Incredible stay and wedding at these 3 villas! The gardens, views, pools, area, everything about these villas and the setting was perfect. We were blown away, worth every penny.

Tres Estate is situated in the hills above Calahonda, and 2½ km to the beach.
Marbella itself is around 17 km to the west, and will take about 20 minutes to drive, with its glamorous neighbour Puerto Banus 5 minutes further on.
Malaga Airport is a 30 minute drive from the villa.
