Villa Iri
The villa has a dining area and spacious lounge with sofas, 4K smart TV with satellite connection and Netflix, and a Bluetooth audio system for your favourite music. The lounge opens directly into the garden, pool and BBQ area. The outside terraces offer plenty of seating for al fresco dining and relaxing, and overlook the private pool which can be heated at an additional charge and can be illuminated at night. In the centre of the villa there is a charming fountain which is also illuminated at night.
The villa has a recently refurbished, fully equipped kitchen with plenty of pots, pans, wine / champagne glasses, crockery, utensils and cutlery for large groups. Coffee lovers can enjoy their coffee from the Dolce Gusto coffee machine.
All the bedrooms are of a high standard, and are prepared with fresh linen and towels. Please ask about wheelchair accessibility before booking.
On the ground floor you'll find 2 bedrooms; 1 en-suite double bedroom and 1 en-suite twin bedroom. There is another spacious room which is often used as a bedroom and can sleep up to 3 guests. Guests should be aware that this third downstairs bedroom does not offer the same privacy as the rest of the bedrooms as it is located between the kitchen and the lounge.
Upstairs, there are 2 en-suite triple bedrooms (with one double and one single bed), 1 double and 1 triple bedroom (with one double and one single bed) which share another bathroom.
With 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, plenty of space, private pool and great location, this is a super choice for larger groups at a fantastic value price.
There is parking for 4 cars at the premises and public parking 150 metres away.

Weekends are available (3 - 5 night minimum stay applies at different times of the year) except in the high season when full weeks are required.

Pool heating is €90 per day and may include days before your arrival to ensure the correct pool temperature.

VILLA IRI : We stayed there with group of 13 people and we were very happy with the villa and especially the location! It had everything we needed and got great help in booking transportation to and from the villa.

VILLA IRI : Very well equipped and super family friendly- as we were a party travelling with small children. The location was ideal, a 10 minute walk from the marina and 1 min walk to a small super market.

Villa Iri is in a private cul de sac with other villas which can be hired together for up to 90 guests. All walkable to the beach and Puerto
Banus.Marbella is a 10 minute drive, and Malaga Airport is a 40 minute drive from the villa.

- upon approval, the guest is charged a 25% booking deposit calculated from the total price
- the 75% balance is due 4 weeks prior to arrival and it will be charged from the same credit card. Should the balance not be paid on time, the reservation will be cancelled and the booking deposit will not be refunded
- a damages deposit of 1000 EUR is charged along with the balance
- damages deposit is refunded within 2 days of the check-out date provided no deductions are made due to:
i. damage to the property or furnishings
ii. dirt or other damage requiring excessive cleaning; or
iii. any other cost incurred by Property Manager due to guest’s stay
