There are a further 3 bedrooms (180cm beds) all with ensuite showers.. The upper terrace has great sea views, built-in bbq/outdoor kitchen (there is also one in the garden area), dining area and lounge chill out area.
The living areas are spacious and bright and there is an inner courtyard adding to the light to all rooms. The open plan living/dining/kitchen area is wonderfully homely. There are various sofas and seating areas, a TV room, huge fully equipped kitchen that opens to the terrace and a utility room. There is wifi, aircon, and underfloor heating throughout.
The property has covered parking for 3 cars and space for further 2 cars. But when a 400m stroll takes you to the beaches and chiringuitos, a car is not necessarily required!

If you want to be near the beach, then you can't beat Villa Amora which is just 400m away.Marbella iteslf is 10km to the west, about 15 minutes on the road, and Puerto Banus is a further 10 minutes beyond. Being to the east of Marbella means you are closer to the airport in Malaga, which is only 35 minutes away.
