A super villa just a 10 minute stroll to the best that Puerto Banus has to offer - beaches, restaurants, shopping and clubs.
Refurbished throughout and reopened April 2026. Perfectly equipped for larger groups with some triple bed rooms. The villa's spacious open plan lounge includes sofas, smart TV with international channels and Netflix, and a Bluetooth audio tower. The lounge opens onto a bbq terrace that overlooks the pool area which can be illuminated at night.
The outside terraces have plenty of seating for al fresco dining and relaxing whilst overlooking the pool.
Villa Calle has a new fully equipped kitchen with plenty of pots, pans, wine / champagne glasses, crockery, utensils and cutlery for large groups. Coffee lovers can enjoy their coffee from the Dolce Gusto coffee machine.
All the bedrooms are of a high standard, and are prepared with fresh linen and towels. Please ask about wheelchair accessibility before booking.

There are also 5 additional villas next door which can be combined to accommodate larger groups. No parties allowed without permission and an event fee may be charged.

Villa Calle is in a private cul de sac with other villas which can be hired together for up to 90 guests. All walkable to the beach and Puerto
Banus.
Marbella is a 10 minute drive to the east, and the airport in Malaga is a further 30 minutes beyond, along the coast.

How do I make a booking?
- upon approval, the guest is charged a 25% booking deposit calculated from the total price
- the 75% balance is due 4 weeks prior to arrival and it will be charged from the same credit card. Should the balance not be paid on time, the reservation will be cancelled and the booking deposit will not be refunded
- a damages deposit of 1000 EUR is charged along with the balance
- damages deposit is refunded within 2 days of the check-out date provided no deductions are made due to:
i. damage to the property or furnishings
ii. dirt or other damage requiring excessive
cleaning; or
iii. any other cost incurred by Property Manager due to guest’s stay
