Villa Xtra
This villa comes with 8 bedrooms (one is a bunk bed room), 6.5 bathrooms and many extras that most villas don't have . Relax in the steam bath or jacuzzi. Have fun times in the lounge/disco with full bar and games room off the bar. There is also a small cinema room that's fantastic for children. If you're booking a work retreat then you can make use of the conference area with large board style table. The pool is heated all year round. There is a high tech kitchen with mood lighting and full SONOS sound system available in most rooms. Of course outside you'll find wonderful gardens, many terraces and options for seating and dining.
The villa comes with a full time housekeeper if required (lives on site). There is gated parking for 5 cars.
The spacious 130 m2 master bedroom is east facing with views to the mountains, sea and golf, and has a south facing en suite bathroom with walk in shower, dressing area and a terrace with outdoor shower and Gibraltar on the horizon.

1 kids room with 2 small double beds and platform over with 3 floor mattresses

The four bedrooms upstairs are very well sized with bathrooms and the other four bedrooms are smaller and have two shared bathrooms. Please note the two small bedrooms have no external windows.
All bedrooms have A/C.
VILLA XTRA : What a place in a fab location to explore this part of Spain. Such a great villa with so many various spaces for eating and entertaining with a larger group, which we were! It was all fab!

This brand new villa is adjacent to the Golf La Alqueria complex in the stunning hills next to Atalaya Golf, and is superbly located 10 km from Puerto Banus. Marbella is 25 minutes away on the road, and the airport in Malaga is a 50 minute drive from the villa.
