Villa Rio
This recently refurbished and re-decorated villa has a brand new open-plan kitchen and a cosy lounge with satellite TV and international channels. The dining area opens directly into a covered terrace with plenty of seating for al fresco dining and relaxing. The flat garden is large and ideal for children to play and adults to relax and sunbathe on the sunbeds. You can enjoy an evening BBQ with the garden and pool night illumination and listen to your favourite music from the Bluetooth audio tower.
The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of pots, pans, wine / champagne glasses, crockery, utensils and cutlery for large groups. Coffee lovers can enjoy their coffee from the Dolce Gusto coffee machine.
All the bedrooms are of a high standard, and are prepared with fresh linen and towels. Please ask about wheelchair accessibility before booking.
On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms, 1 en-suite twin bedroom and 1 triple bedroom (with one double and one single bed).
Upstairs, there are 2 en-suite triple bedrooms (with one double and one single bed), 1 double (with two single beds pushed together) and 1 triple bedroom (with three single beds).
With 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, plenty of space, and a private pool, this is a super choice for larger groups wanting a great location.
There is parking for 3 cars at the premises and public parking 150 metres away.

VILLA RIO :We had a great stay.... were 13 in our group and there was space for everyone. Plenty of chairs, large tables inside and out and 12 Sun loungers. The kitchen is very well equipped with plenty of cups/plates, cooking equipment and sharp knives! Everyone in our group commented on how comfortable the beds and pillows were.

Villa Rio is in a private cul de sac with other villas which can be hired together for up to 90 guests. All walkable to the beach and Puerto
Banus. The main strip is 10 minutes walk away and there are plenty of dining options just around the corner.Marbella is just a 10 minute drive, and Malaga Airport a 40 minute drive from the villa.

- upon approval, the guest is charged a 25% booking deposit calculated from the total price
- the 75% balance is due 4 weeks prior to arrival and it will be charged from the same credit card. Should the balance not be paid on time, the reservation will be cancelled and the booking deposit will not be refunded
- a damages deposit of 1000 EUR is charged along with the balance
- damages deposit is refunded within 2 days of the check-out date provided no deductions are made due to:
i. damage to the property or furnishings
ii. dirt or other damage requiring excessive cleaning; or
iii. any other cost incurred by Property Manager due to guest’s stay
