VILLA ESPECIAL : Amazing experience...The villa’s location is perfect close to Puerto Banus. The villa has superb amenities, big pool hot tub, jacuzzi and good size kitchen, just the things we need for our family holiday. Definitely one of the top holiday experiences we had for a long time.

Villa Especial is located in the famous Golden Mile of Marbella, in a 24/7 gated and secure community that’s one of the most prestigious in the area. Around 4 km to the beach and Old Town Marbella. 9 km to Puerto Banus.
Malaga Airport is a 45-55 minute drive from the villa.

- we issue a rental contract directly with the owner with your details on (name, address, passport number, email, telephone, date of birth)
- attached to contract are details of terms, conditions and payment
- your dates are then reserved for 48 hours only during which time the signed contract and deposit must be received to confirm the booking
- payment terms and conditions have been changing as we work through the pandemic effects so please ask us for the terms when you want to book
- your booking is only reserved when the deposit is received not when the contract is sent
