The fantastic accommodation has brilliant entertainment areas and is located 400m from Marbella’s finest beaches and restaurants in Elviria (east Marbella). Elegant décor, various terraces, sea views and spacious bedrooms await you.
Sleeping up to 16, the outside dining also is suitable for 16 people (seated).
Villa Amora has a double bedroom (210cm bed) with en-suite shower and a "wing" with 3 bedrooms (2 x 180cm beds and 1 bunk bed), a bathroom (shower) and a kitchenette on this floor Upstairs you will find the lovely master suite (210cm bed) with en-suite with shower and jacuzzi bath and access to the upper terrace. There are a further 3 bedrooms (180cm beds) all with ensuite showers.
The upper terrace has great sea views, built-in bbq/outdoor kitchen (there is also one in the garden area), dining area and lounge chill out area.
The living areas are spacious and bright and there is an inner courtyard adding to the light to all rooms. The open plan living/dining/kitchen area is wonderfully homely. There are various sofas and seating areas, a TV room, huge fully equipped kitchen that opens to the terrace and a utility room. There is wifi, aircon, and underfloor heating throughout.
The property has covered parking for 3 cars and space for further 2 cars. But when a 400m stroll takes you to the beaches and chiringuitos, a car is not necessarily required!

VILLA AMORA : A joy to stay in, easily enough room for 13 of my family to spend time together and get some much needed space…it was very clean and looked after. The pool was lovely. Location is amazing 2 minute walk to the beach. Recommend to anyone.

VILLA AMORA : What an outstanding villa set in magnificent gardens with a beautiful swimming pool. The place is enclosed and very private....perfect for our family and all the kids. Beautifully decorated inside with large bedrooms...a 2 or 3 min walk down to the beautiful beaches.

If you want to be near the beach, then you can't beat Villa Amora which is just 400m away.Marbella iteslf is 10km to the west, about 15 minutes on the road, and Puerto Banus is a further 10 minutes beyond. Being to the east of Marbella means you are closer to the airport in Malaga, which is only 35 minutes away.
