Villa Banus
Once you step inside you'll really get a sense of space throughout the whole property. Inside you will find a stylish dining room and lounge with sofas, 4K smart TV with Netflix and a Bluetooth audio tower. The lounge opens directly to the fantastic terrace which overlooks the garden and the pool area, allowing parents to easily watch over the children whilst relaxing with a drink. The shaded terrace is perfect for enjoying an al fresco meal with all your friends and family, and with a BBQ area on the terrace as well, even the chef can still socialise while cooking!
Downstairs, there is a large social area with sofas, tables and another TV for playing games or just relaxing.
All 8 bedrooms are well presented, with new beds, comfortable pillows and mattresses, fresh linen and towels. There are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor; a double bedroom, and 2 twin bedrooms which share one bathroom with a bath.
Upstairs, there is 1 en-suite triple bedroom (with one double and one single bed) , 1 double room and 1 twin bedroom with two single beds pushed together which share another bathroom with a bath.
Downstairs, there are 2 en-suite bedrooms (one with a double bed and a suite with one double bed and a nest-type bed for 2 people.
Parking is available in the large garage for up to 2 cars and there are 2 more parking spaces behind the property gates. There is also a car park 200 meters from the property.
With plenty of space and a great private pool for larger groups, this is a fabulous choice for those wanting a central location at a superb value price.

VILLA BANUS : Great stay...house as advertised and perfect for a large family gathering. Plentiful in and outdoor space for our group. Kids loved the table football and ping pong table! Great location within walking distance of shops/restaurants/beach. And close to the beautiful Andalusian hills for cyclists! The weather was amazing.

VILLA BANUS :Took 13 guests here. Perfect place very private plenty of space and good sleeping arrangements. Lovely outside area with private garage. Very short walk from the marina with so many great restaurants and bars with in 2 a minute walk. I would highly recommend to large family or group of friends. Will definitely be returning.

VILLA BANUS : Such a fantastic experience...could not have picked a better villa to stay in... Garden and pool were fantastic and the outdoor verandah was well put to use - great for entertaining. Location for walking into town was great. Maids were in every day.

A lovely villa with 8 fantastic bedrooms and in a superb location in the heart of Puerto Banus.
This villa has charm and space, but most of all a great location for those that don’t want to have to bother with taxis and don’t mind being close to the centre of everything.
Marbella town centre is just a 10 minute drive away, and the journey time to the airport in Malaga is 40 minutes.

- upon approval, the guest is charged a 25% booking deposit calculated from the total price
- the 75% balance is due 4 weeks prior to arrival and it will be charged from the same credit card. Should the balance not be paid on time, the reservation will be cancelled and the booking deposit will not be refunded
- a damages deposit of 1000 EUR is charged along with the balance
- damages deposit is refunded within 2 days of the check-out date provided no deductions are made due to:
i. damage to the property or furnishings
ii. dirt or other damage requiring excessive cleaning; or
iii. any other cost incurred by Property Manager due to guest’s stay
