This fabulously located villa is the perfect option if you want to be close to the beachfront scene.
Located just 500m from the beach, the villa is modern and spacious, and will sleep up to 14 guests. With plenty of stylish bars and restaurants nearby, and just 8km east of Marbella, this really is a great choice for your holiday rental.
The ground floor has a fully fitted open plan kitchen, perfect for entertaining in large groups. There is a TV area, lounge, as well as a laundry room and storage area with a large American style fridge/freezer and ice machine.
2 bedrooms are also on this ground level, both en-suite, and one has 2 double beds so the room can accommodate 4.
The outside terrace incorporates a dining area as well as relaxing lounge furniture and a gas BBQ. The pool area also has plenty of sun loungers, and a 6 person jacuzzi to the side.
Upstairs you'll find the spacious master bedroom with a private bathroom and terrace with furniture, and a great sea view!
In the downstairs level there are 3 further double bedrooms, all en-suite. 2 of the bedrooms have access to a patio area with table and chairs, and this also links to the pool level above.
