At LuxuryVillasMarbella.eu, we encourage every guest to take the time to get to know a villa before making a reservation.
We’re happy to recommend properties based on your requirements and share our knowledge and experience, but the final decision to book is always yours.
Your rental agreement is almost always made directly with the villa owner or the property management company. We will introduce you. They are entirely responsible for the villa, your reservation, check in, property presentation and the services provided during your stay.
In most cases, all contracts and payments are handled directly by the owner or management company. On occasion, a villa owner may ask us to assist with the booking process, including handling contracts or payments on their behalf. If this applies, we will always explain the process clearly before you proceed.
We’re always available to answer questions about the villas we recommend, the booking process and what you can expect from your chosen property.
The information, photographs and specifications on our website are supplied by villa owners and property management companies.
While we make every effort to ensure the information is accurate and up to date, we cannot accept responsibility for any errors, omissions or changes. If a particular feature or facility is important to your stay, we recommend confirming it directly before booking.
We have personally visited many of the villas in our portfolio, giving us valuable first-hand knowledge. However, this is not always possible, particularly when a property has only recently joined the market.
As part of your own due diligence, we encourage you to ask us about our personal experience with any villa you’re considering, as well as our knowledge of the owner or management company. We’re always happy to share what we know. And feedback from previous guests.
