This villa is what contemporary villas close to the beach are all about in Marbella - modern interiors, light bright spaces and of course al fresco facilities.
Let's start with what's outside because that is where you'll want to relax and entertain and of course enjoy the great weather all year around. The pool is magnificent and is surrounded by small but beautiful tropical gardens. The stunning solarium rooftop terrace is one of the best areas to enjoy the mornings as well as evenings. A bubbly jacuzzi awaits you, outdoor shower, large lounge area, BBQ grill and outdoor kitchen. Don't worry about walking up stairs - the property also has an elevator!
Once inside you'll feel the light flooding in afforded by the architect's installation of open-plan living areas and floor-to-ceiling windows. You will find a full equipped kitchen and dining area and also an outside dining area that flows beautifully from the inside out.
The villa has 4 bedrooms, all ensuite, and an extra bathroom. If you want to bring staff then the large basement area is perfect as staff quarters as along with the gym and ensuite bedroom it features a lounge TV area and kitchenette.
The whole property has air conditioning and for off season stays, underfloor heating and the swimming pool can also be heated. There is inside secure parking for 2 cars.

Villa Bo is in a superb location just a 3 minute walk from Marbella's famous Golden Mile!
The Golden Mile is lined with high class shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. You'll also find supermarkets here and of course the beach (the nearest is Playa Rio Verde) and promenade.
If you follow the seafront promenade you'll reach the watersports area for jetskis etc in 8 minutes and Puerto Banus in just 10-15 minutes. It's less than 10 minutes in a taxi or car between the villa and Puerto Banus centre.
