The 3 villas, which can be rented together if required, are also completely independent and private, connected via road or walking through the gardens. Villa Azul is the largest property of the 3. It has on site a separate luxury "barn" with bar & washroom facilities that makes a perfect yoga, gym, training, or dining space with windows opening onto the flat lawn sweeping down to the sea views. (This may be subject to a fee for hire/use. Tables & chairs will also need to be hired for this area).Extra cleaning fees may apply for using this space. No events are allowed at this villa and there is a curfew on external noise at 11 pm and at other times sound must be observed to be "neighbourly".

These gardens have many winding paths, colourful blooms and well kept lawns, perfect for an evening stroll before firing up the OFYR BBQ and enjoying the outside dining areas together for sunset.

Moving inside, there are plenty of living areas and spaces for any group to unwind and relax. The kitchen is large and super modern to professional catering standards, with separate pantry & dishwashers, commercial fridges, Nespresso coffee machine, freezers and microwave.
