Breathtakingly beautiful and with spectacular coastal views, Villa Vista is set in extensive grounds in the hills above Estepona.
This fabulous property includes 4 spacious bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, elegant living areas and plenty of outside space to enjoy the views to the coast.The gym area can also be used as a 5th bedroom, so please let us know and we can arrange for extra beds to be provided.
The large master bedroom includes a beautiful sun terrace that offers sea views, and you'll be able to see Gibraltar and the African coast on a clear day. The en-suite includes a jacuzzi and walk-in rain shower. There are 2 other large double bedrooms, both of which are en-suite, and a twin bedroom which is also en-suite. 2 of these rooms also have access to the terrace overlooking the pool.
The luxurious feel continues downstairs, with a fabulous kitchen with all the appliances you would need, including 2 ovens.
Outside you'll find a large BBQ area complete with a bar which has a beer tap (you can order a keg in advance) and an ice-making machine. This area also includes plenty of seating where you can relax and enjoy the amazing views. The swimming pool measures 15m x 6m and includes a built-in seating area with jacuzzi jets.
Additional features include a sauna, gym equipment, yoga mats, 9 hole putting green and paddle court.
Inside the electric gated entrance there is plenty of parking space as well as a double garage.

If you want to visit Marbella, which is 35 km to the east, it will take around half an hour, and the transfer time to the airport in Malaga is about an hour.
