The wooden pergola runs along the side of the main villa pool, with stunning views out to sea.

At 17 metres x 4 metres and 2.3m high, it can easily accommodate 60 diners.

Whilst providing wonderful shade in summer and a cooling breeze comes through, in winter for a small extra charge it is possible upon request to enclose the pergola will fully transparent side panels.

The villa now includes a wonderful inside nightclub and bar to ensure that the celebrations can continue inside after the noise laws kick in (around 10 pm) and neighbours are not affected by the presence of guests.

Of course opposite this at La Susa luxury villa you also have the existing north pergola.

This connects the huge lounge with fireplace to the new nightclub bar area. It runs alongside the other side of the main pool and has wonderful sea views.

The space is 20 metres long, 4.5 metres wide and 2.45 metres high and is covered.
