We are delighted to be able to introduce our clients to this very special property in Mijas, Finca Estate.
It’s hard to describe the feeling when you are there walking around – it is really magical. The space, the tranquility, the care and love that has gone into the luxury restoration and refurbishment of 3 original Spanish cortijos on this property. It really gave us all the feels!
3 villas, one property
If you are a group (family, business, friends) or looking for somewhere to hold an event for up to 75 people, then Finca Estate really is worth considering. The property can sleep in total up to 52 people in 24 bedrooms (23 are en suite) with plenty of options for how you organise your guests.
All villas have WiFi, air-conditioning/heating, washer/dryer facilities, international satellite TV, and plenty of parking space.
THE ESTATE
Created in the 1980’s, the Finca Estate is a collection of 3 superb Spanish cortijos fully refurbished and extended to an extremely high standard. All set in your own huge private estate of 14 hectares with luxury gardens, groves, terraces, water features, 3 stunning modern swimming pools and breathtaking sea and mountain views.
The estate is nestled among avocado trees, small water reservoirs and beautiful gardens which offer unsurpassed views of the surrounding mountains, valleys, and coast. Only a short drive to the beaches and popular tourist attractions of Mijas but offering total privacy.
This superb estate is located just 3½ km from Mijas, and 35 km to Marbella which will take around half an hour on the road.
THE VILLAS
Each of the villas (cortijos) are entirely independent and private, however they’re all close enough together to create the perfect location to host your event if rented together.
For events (training, seminars, wedding banquet, dancing or maybe just use as a yoga studio) the grounds of Villa Azul include a magnificent refurbished barn. It has plenty of natural light, overlooking a lawn, with beautiful views. This flexible space has toilet facilities.
YOUR ACCOMMODATION
In total there are 24 bedrooms, 23 bathrooms, 3 heated pools, and numerous outside seating areas, including those with shade. Villa Azul is surely the star of the show and every bedroom has been designed to superb 5 star standards. The bathrooms are also of luxury standard and include bath robes, slippers, toiletries and high quality towels. No detail has been left out to create a truly stunning experience for all the senses.
