If you want sunshine, great food, music and perhaps some partying or a great themed event then what are the best beach clubs Marbella has for you? There are so many beach clubs along the 50km running from east Marbella to Estepona and it’s a seafront strip that is renowned them. Part of the lifestyle here in southern Spain. Some beach clubs are only open to the public in summer but others remain open all year so check their websites. You usually need to book at busy times.
Ocean Club, Marbella
This has to be one of the most famous and therefore probably considered one of the best beach clubs Marbella has to offer. it is just outside Puerto Banus and has huge round sunbeds around the equally huge saltwater pool. It’s the place to see and be seen with great entertainment laid on, dancers and themed nights. It is definitely an experience to spend a day here. Although there is a price tag, because of all beach clubs in Marbella this is the most expensive. Swim, dance & enjoy life is the motto here!
Nikki Beach – This also famous venue (a worldwide brand) underwent a renovation at its east Marbella location (Elviria). The beds at the beach are a bit quieter and the buzz is mainly around the new swimming pool. The food is really good here, the staff are friendly, it’s a very welcoming environment for everyone, you don’t need to book a bed if you hang out at the bar and they have great entertainers. Throughout the season their themed events calendar is fantastic and always a party to remember. Check out the Rosé Saturdays and Amazing Sundays, on these days brunch is very popular and the entertainment level is high.
Purobeach
PuroBeach Marbella is actually just outside Estepona. It’s a smaller venue but because of that it’s really something very special and personal with a lovely chilled vibe. This relaxed atmosphere is made up of quality music, a restaurant with international cuisine, cocktail service, lounge and spa. They have sunbeds or balinese beds at the pool and at the beach. For the evening program they have different events throughout the season such as Full Moon, New Moon, Flamenco Night etc. Every afternoon the resident DJs and guests play the best Puro music in a wonderful ambience.
Amàre Beach Club is the perfect place to spend some of your holiday. There are large, comfie beds right next to the sea with table service with live music played in the afternoon. Next to the pool you can lay on one of the Bali beds and order from a wide choice of champagne, cocktails, international beers or fruit juices. There’s a Mediterranean menu with international hints and gourmet appetisers and even a hot tub.
Soleo Marbella is well known for its elegance, service and excellent food. It’s innovative menu combines Mediterranean dishes such as fried snacks, rice dishes and seafood with other more innovative food. It hosts a spectacular terrace with some amazing views of the Mediterranean. Its sunset inspired decor gives you the sensation of enjoying a sailing experience.
Mahiki Beach is located right on the coast close to the famous Marbella promenade. This beach club combines local cuisine with stunning Polynesian dishes. It’s become the trendy hang out for VIPs, so you might well run into famous people such as Lady Gaga, Rihanna, Paris Hilton, Kate Moss, Beyoncé and Jay-Z.
Playa Padre is a beach club located at El Cable, one of the best beaches in Marbella. It boasts traditional Mexican decor with palm trees and skulls. At Playa Padre you’ll enjoy a day of relaxing on hammocks, and in the evening this beach club plays host to live music performances.
The Trocadero Arena beach club is the most international place on the entire Costa del Sol, and located in the heart of the Golden Mile.
