This villa is what contemporary villas close to the beach are all about in Marbella - modern interiors, light bright spaces and of course al fresco facilities.
Let's start with what's outside because that is where you'll want to relax and entertain and of course enjoy the great weather all year around. The pool is magnificent and is surrounded by small but beautiful tropical gardens. The stunning solarium rooftop terrace is one of the best areas to enjoy the mornings as well as evenings. A bubbly jacuzzi awaits you, outdoor shower, large lounge area, BBQ grill and outdoor kitchen. Don't worry about walking up stairs - the property also has an elevator!

The third bedroom has a double or 2 single beds, en-suite single bathroom and view of the garden and the mountains. On the ground floor is a fourth bedroom with a double or 2-3 single beds, an en-suite single bathroom and view of the private garden. The last two bedrooms are located in the basement area which is a huge bonus feature of this property, giving an exceptional entertainment area and more accommodation options. There a large bedroom with natural light, room for 2, 3 or 4 beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower. The other bedroom also has natural light, 2 single beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower. Villa Alzam has a standard capacity for 12 guests but it can accommodate up to 10-11 extra guests adding 6 full size beds inside the largest bedrooms and 4-5 sofa beds inside the basement lounge and bar area.
