Villa Domino
Just a short walk to restaurants and the famous Nikki Beach Club, the villa is very well located. Recently renovated downstairs and the apartments have were refurbished in 2023, and 2024, the property features 6 bedrooms (all en suite) on the ground floor.
On the first floor there are 2 independent apartments with the extra 5 bedrooms with own entrance. There is also air conditioning and an alarm installed.
The pool is surrounded by pine trees with a "mini sand beach" that families with children appreciate and you'll also find a sauna in the garden area. The extended terrace has outside dining for up to 22.

If the period you want to book is overlapping 2 different price rates, a strict pro-rata temporis will be applied.
Renting just the main house and the swimming pool, without the apartments 6 bedrooms for up to 12 people is possible only for a last minute booking and the price is adjusted.
This villa sells out every year, usually 12-18 months in advance. Bookings taken are fixed. The booking deposit therefore is 50% with NO CANCELLATION REFUND option. The balance is due 4 months before arrival. Can be paid bank transfer or credit card. There is a 1500 euros cash or credit card security deposit against damages.

A short walk to East Marbella beaches of Marbella and Cabopino.
Cabopino is a delightful fishing village about 10 minutes away from Marbella with wide sandy beaches and national nature reserve.
In the area there are all the local amenities you would expect including shops, bars/cafes, restaurants and banks and famous Nikki Beach.
Marbella old town and Plaza de los Naranjos is 11 km away whilst Malaga airport is just 32 km from the property.
As you walk along the beach promenade you'll find many traditional Spanish chirungitos (beach restaurants) alongside Italian, English, French and more. With plenty of watersports activities all along the coast.

How do I make a booking?
- we issue a rental contract with your details on (name, address, passport number, email, telephone, date of birth)
- pay a 50% deposit, by debit card, credit card or bank transfer direct to the owner of the villa
- pay the balance by the same method at least 4 months before arrival
- security deposit of 1500 euros is required by the same method at least 2 weeks before arrival
- the deposit is non-refundable if you decide to cancel your holiday
- your booking is only reserved when the deposit is received, not when the contract is sent, however we will reserve the dates for 7 days for you
