NEW for 2022 is a stunning stunning new SOUTH PERGOLA that compliments the existing NORTH PERGOLA for elegant dining outside/inside at La Susa. The wooden pergola runs along the side of the main villa pool, with stunning views out to sea. At 17 metres x 4 metres and 2.3m high, it can easily accommodate 60 diners. In summer it provides wonderful shade in summer and a cooling breeze comes through. In winter for a small extra charge it is possible upon request to enclose the pergola will fully transparent side panels.
ALSO NEW is the inside nightclub where celebrations can be moved to after dark to avoid noise nuisance to the neighbours and comply with local laws. The nightclub has a bar which you can stock and a DJ booth. Please ask for our list of DJs approved to perform here that understand the noise restrictions applied.

Please note the villa is not available from 15 July to 15 August each year.
A wedding / events fee for any event organised at the property with external suppliers and/or additional non resident guests coming to use the facilities or attend an event, dinner etc incurs a venue events fee of 6,000 euros.
FOR COMPANIES or those requiring an invoice, these prices should have 21% IVA added.
These rates includes all rental and accommodation charges. Cleaning fees and additional services are not included. We can assist you with all external services that we collaborate with (cleaning house, laundry services, catering, transport, events, decoration, activities, events planners etc).
This property has a non refundable payment policy and a security deposit requirement of 5000 euros.
The property can accommodate a larger group. There are 29 bedrooms (including bunk bed and dormitory style single bed quad rooms).
