The elegant porte-cochère provides shaded parking for four vehicles and ample additional parking for large gatherings. The path leads to a beautiful arch and bell tower and on to the main house.
Accommodation
A sweeping staircase leads to the upper floors, while the large high ceilinged living room and open fireplace provide the perfect relaxation space. The large terrace doors extend the living space outdoors, with fabulous views of the garden and pool nearby.
The grand kitchen features a vast island, professional-grade appliances, a pantry for dry goods, and a rustic table for informal dining that comfortably seats 10 but can host more if needed. Adjacent glass doors open to an additional outdoor dining area capable of hosting 12 people, perfect for alfresco meals next to a fountain and Provençal herbal garden.
On the upper level is the master suite offers with an ensuite, spa-style bathroom featuring dual sinks, a beautiful French bathtub, shower, vaulted ceilings, walk in wardrobe/dressing area and a desk in the bedroom. The private balcony overlooks the pool and garden. There are two more generously sized bedrooms on this level each with ensuite bathrooms and unique charm.
In the grounds
You’ll find a plaza with spectacular dining table beneath a pergola, barbecue grill, and a lounge area, perfect for social gatherings under the evening sun.
The studio building opens onto the plaza and houses two more guest bedrooms that share a large bathroom with dual sinks and a shower.
Ascending a few stairs you reach the third outhouse, where another bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.
The media room has high vaulted ceilings and an open fireplace, providing a cozy space for movie nights, with twin sofas and an 82-inch TV. During the day it makes a great place to relax, read or play board games.
Further along you find an enchanting bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and floor-to-ceiling French windows that extend the bedroom onto a cozy balcony with garden views.
There are also quarters of the live-in maid, who is on hand to service the property daily.
