Villa Quinta
A very special property, ideally situated in the exclusive gated urbanization of Lomas de la Quinta, within a short drive of both Marbella and Puerto Banus.

There are 7 bedrooms in total, with 6 in the main villa and 1 in a separate self-contained 1 bed apartment. The kitchen was refurbished in March 2022 and is of an exceptional standard, with dark blue wood cabinets white marble counter tops with top of the range appliances including two refrigerators, freezer, 3 ovens, built-in coffee machine, 2 dishwashers, a wine fridge, and ice maker. There are 3 separate dining areas, all with seating for 12, one indoors and two outdoors.
Another highlight of this fabulous property is the lower level Cinema Room – professionally soundproofed and with top of the range technology including a Sony 4K projector with bang Olufsen Dolby Atmos Experience, spacious reclining seats, and even a popcorn machine.
Outside, the luxurious feel continues, with various terraces, a covered BBQ and dining area next to the 15 x 4 m infinity pool (with option to heat). There are 6 sunbeds around the pool and an outdoor shower. There is a covered terrace outside the living room with lounge furniture and a ceiling fan, and next to the pool there is a relaxation area with flame heaters for the cooler evenings.
