Built in 1982 for His Royal Highness Prince Sultan Bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud, the huge plot with great sea views is not like our luxury villas but is our most spacious villa with lovely furnishings. It's like your own personal hotel with so much flexible space. We can help organise catering, paella parties, sangria and bar stocking, entertainment, activities and more. A REAL BONUS!
With 12 bedrooms, all en-suite, 32 people can stay here in comfort. The interiors are simple, modern and well kept throughout but not luxury.
It’s the perfect place to unwind, relax and enjoy a cocktail from one of the huge terraces….families, friends, golfing parties, wedding groups, hens and stags all love this this villa.
There’s even a bar on site, cinema room and full size snooker table as well as the huge swimming pool and gorgeous gardens outside.
For weddings and events we can host up to 120 people, including a fabulous inside party room & bar.

We welcome wedding parties, corporate trips, fitness retreat companies, celebrations and events. The villa has superb flexible accommodation for events, probably the best in the area.
Venue fee
Events 50 - 80 people (including guests staying in the villa) 2000 euros/day
Events over 80 people (including guests staying in the villa) 2500 euros/day
Maximum number of attendances to any event is 120 people.
The venue fee may also be applied for any other similar usage (eg pool party, pre wedding event or BBQ) - all clients are asked to provide full details of their plans for external guests coming to use the villa facilities for any days during the rental period so we can confirm/negotiate with the owner for you.
The villa is superbly appointed for your wedding with inside and outside dining areas and a full bar and party room.Most of the year we accept weekends or longer with a midweek start, perfect if you want your wedding at the weekend when most guests arrive and time to relax with them afterwards.
We have dining facilities on site for up to 60 indoors, a caterers kitchen with own access for food vehicles and staff, 2 options on bridal suites, 2 snugs for getting the wedding party ready (make up and hair), a cinema room to keep kids entertained and lovely views out to sea.
