WEDDING INFORMATION
- EVENT fee is included in the rental prices
- Pre wedding or post wedding events with catering are considered a 2nd event and will be charged at 1000 euros on top of the rental charge
- Outside music regulations require no music after 11PM. This must be strictly adhered to due to local enforceable laws on noise nuisance
- After 11 pm any music DJ speaker system must be moved to the inside music area or courtyard. The manager reserves the right to disconnect the power as required if there is any contravention of this rule.
- No bands or groups allowed INSIDE or OUTSIDE
- Any room changes (change of guests) during your booking will be charged at 50€ per change (all guest details must be provided prior to check in for local laws)

VILLA LARA : The villa is very grand ...bedrooms too were like very large suites more like hotel rooms! The views and the surroundings are stunning and very quiet.
VILLA LARA : Nicely appointed with huge en-suite bedrooms all tastefully decorated... there is a huge dining table for 14 people....reminiscent of a castle dining room with huge chandelier.
I have known Helen for over 8 years. Her integrity honesty and professionalism are second to none. The properties she advertises are of an extremely high standard and she takes incredible care to look after all her clients.

Villa Lara is situated at the end of a private driveway in the mountains overlooking Marbella.
La Concha, the famous mountain peak, is your neighbour and the sea views are just incredible. There’s no better way to wake up every morning than to the sound of birds and these views.
The lovely Spanish town of San Pedro de Alcantara with its long beach promenade, bars, cafe and restaurant life is just down the road! Well worth a visit.
There’s plenty of Andalusian charm to be found in the historic quarter of Marbella which is a short drive away, with bars, coffee shops, cobbled winding streets, flower strewn balconies, great restaurants and boutique shops.
For a day out, head to Estepona (the garden city of the Costa del Sol) to enjoy the many shops, bars and restaurants. It has a great 3 mile blue flag beach and chiringuitos (beach bars with fresh fish grilled over charcoal) all along the promenade. Wander the Old Town bedecked in flowers along its cobbled streets. During the summer there is a huge programme of free music, dancing, markets, art and much more.
Puerto Banus is a 10 minute drive away, and add another 5-10 minutes for Marbella.
Malaga Airport is a 45 minute drive from the villa.

How do I make a booking?
- please provide us with your full details (name, address, passport number, email, telephone, number of guests, type of group, any event details and guest numbers)
- your dates are then reserved for 7 days
- this villa requires an initial 1000 euro reservation fee paid to Paypal account of the owners/managers to confirm the booking
- you have 6 weeks cooling off period after this during which you cancel with no charges and full refund, providing the booking is made not less than 4 months before arrival date in which case is only 50% is refundable
- this 1000 euros transforms into your damages and security deposit once the full rent amount is paid
- 6 weeks after the reservation deposit is paid, 25% of the full villa rental fee becomes due for payment
- this is 50% refundable up to 180 days prior to arrival date
- full rental payment (the remaining 75%) must be made at least 2 weeks before arrival, cleared funds to a Spanish bank account (bank transfer) to a SL (registered) Spanish company
- the payment is non-refundable if you decide to cancel your holiday
- NOTE you can change the date of the booking (time frames before arrival date do apply, please ask)
