La Quinta Golf Marbella
La Quinta Golf & Country Club is set in the Golf Valley of Marbella with spectacular scenery in between the Mediterranean sea and the mountains. It has a 27 hole course, an exclusive club and a restaurant as well as a shop. It was designed by Manuel Piñero – three time World Champion and Ryder Cup champion. La Quinta Golf Marbella is suitable for all levels of ability with the 27 holes divided into 3 courses with 9 holes each.
Golf course A “San Pedro”
The “San Pedro” golf course is nearly 2700 yards long and features 9 holes. This course hosts large open areas and wide fairways, perfect to practice using fairway woods and long irons.
Golf course B “Ronda”
The “Ronda” golf course is around the same length at nearly 2700 yards and hosting 9 holes. Ithas more narrow fairways and technical greens to practice on.
Golf course C “Guadaiza”
Guadaiza golf course is the longest course at La Quinta Golf Marbella at nearly 3200 yards long. This is the most technical course and designed for the more advanced players to experiment with a wide range of shots.
If you’re going on a golfing holiday as a group, or a large wider family holiday with plenty of avid golfers, it’s worth looking at a villa nice and close. Villa RADO is a 12 bedroom villa for up to 32 people and has two separate family suites with their own entrances off the villa’s driveway. Each suite has two bedrooms plus a bathroom with shower. The first family suite is downstairs and has a double bedroom and a twin with an interconnecting bathroom. The upstairs family suite additionally has a lounge and dining area, with an extra double sofa bed for more space. And it’s super close to La Quinta Golf Marbella.
It’s a spacious villa with enough room for any golfing equipment you’ve bought, although it is available to rent locally. If there are those that don’t have the golfing bug, there’s also a number of beaches and other entertainment nearby to stay occupied.
