Available for weekends (excluding high season) and weeks, this is an unforgettable villa in a prime location. Striking Mediterranean style villa on the outside, wrapped around the pool but with modern, bright and elegant interiors.

Where is it? Exactly where visitors to Marbella need it to be. Right on the Golden Mile, just a 1 minute walk from the best beach in Marbella, luxury hotels, restaurants and everything Marbella has to offer.
There is additionally a games room in the basement with sofas.
The property is large (1304 m2) on a 1850 m2 private plot for 15 people+. Ask for bed configuration for your group.

Apartment 3 is located on the second floor with its own entrance. It has two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and a lounge with sofa and TV.
Apartment 4
Located on the second floor with its own entrance It has two bedrooms featuring a double bed and twin beds with a bathroom and a shower. The Apartment has a terrace which overlooks the garden and pool.

MARBELLA MANSION : We stayed here as a group of 11 colleagues for a team building break... stunning, in a fantastic location as only a few minutes’ walk to the beach. The rooms & facilities are second to none, all the bedrooms & bathrooms were very spacious.

120m from the beach and just a few minutes walk to luxury hotels, beach clubs, restaurants and shops.Plaza de los Naranjos or the Orange Square in the old town of Marbella is one of the town's best loved hidden gems. The square itself is surrounded by shops, restaurants and tapas bars and you can always find somewhere to sit and watch the world go by while enjoying a local tipple and a bite to eat.
Marbella Old Town is a great location whether you fancy discovering the small cobbled streets, the wonderful, quirky bars, or the number of fabulous restaurants and Orange Square is almost in the centre.
Malaga Airport is a 45 minute drive from the villa.

- we issue a rental contract directly with the owner with your details on (name, address, passport number, email, telephone, date of birth)
- attached to contract are details of terms, conditions and payment
- your dates are then reserved for 48 hours only during which time the signed contract and deposit must be received to confirm the booking
- this villa takes a 30% deposit paid direct to the owner’s international bank
- Paypal option is available with an interest/charges fee of 3.4% on top
- 40% is due via bank transfer or Paypal 2 months before arrival
- the final 30% should be paid in cash on arrival at the villa and on entry. This allows you to keep cash until villa entry which many clients appreciate!
- there is a security deposit required on arrival against damages of 200-2500 euros cash or can be sent via Paypal
- damages deposit is returned when you leave (cash) or several days after (Paypal)
- your booking is only reserved when the deposit is received not when the contract is sent
- for bookings more than 14 months in advance, cancelled with more than 10 months to go before arrival date, 50% of the deposit only will be returned. No other cancellation terms exist
