High in the hills just 10 minutes from Marbella, with gorgeous valley, mountain & sea views, you’ll find this stunning Andalusian style rustic Marbella villa.
Relax by the private outdoor pool looking down across the valley to the sea, set amidst lovely hillside gardens. With dining terraces, bbq and lovely views at every turn, you’ll never want to leave this idyllic retreat.
The villa has air conditioning, wifi, 5 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and 4 bedrooms sharing bathrooms. It sleeps 15 people maximum. The spacious living area has several sofas, flat-screen TV with satellite channels, iPod docking station, CD and DVD player and dining table, while the kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, kettle and toaster.
The covered terrace has an outdoor dining table and there are sun loungers by the pool and the balcony has garden furniture and garden views.
Come, breathe out and relax. You’ll find your slice of heaven in El Madronal. This is a great wedding and events villa.
If you have a larger group or event then you can also rent Villa Lara (7 bedrooms) just across the valley (1 km away).

WEDDING INFORMATION
- EVENT fee is included in the rental prices
- Pre wedding or post wedding events with catering are considered a 2nd event and will be charged at 1000 euros on top of the rental charge
- Outside music regulations require no music after 11PM. This must be strictly adhered to due to local enforceable laws on noise nuisance
- After 11 pm any music DJ speaker system must be moved to the inside music area or courtyard. The manager reserves the right to disconnect the power as required if there is any contravention of this rule.
- No bands or groups allowed INSIDE or OUTSIDE
- Any room changes (change of guests) during your booking will be charged at 50€ per change (all guest details must be provided prior to check in for local laws)

Villa Dela is situated at the end of a private driveway in the mountains overlooking Marbella.
La Concha, the famous mountain peak, is your neighbour and the sea views are just incredible. There’s no better way to wake up every morning than to the sound of birds and these views.
The lovely Spanish town of San Pedro de Alcantara with its long beach promenade, bars, cafe and restaurant life is just down the road! Well worth a visit.
There’s plenty of Andalusian charm to be found in the historic quarter of Marbella which is a short drive away, with bars, coffee shops, cobbled winding streets, flower strewn balconies, great restaurants and boutique shops.
For a day out, head to Estepona (the garden city of the Costa del Sol) to enjoy the many shops, bars and restaurants. It has a great 3 mile blue flag beach and chiringuitos (beach bars with fresh fish grilled over charcoal) all along the promenade. Wander the Old Town bedecked in flowers along its cobbled streets. During the summer there is a huge programme of free music, dancing, markets, art and much more.
Malaga Airport is a 50 minute drive from the villa. Puerto Banus is a 15-20 minute drive away, and Marbella roughly 25-minutes.

- your dates are then reserved for 7 days
- this villa requires an initial 1000 euro reservation fee paid to Paypal account of the owners/managers to confirm the booking
- you have 6 weeks cooling off period after this during which you cancel with no charges and full refund, providing the booking is made not less than 4 months before arrival date in which case is only 50% is refundable
- this 1000 euros transforms into your damages and security deposit once the full rent amount is paid
- 6 weeks after the reservation deposit is paid, 25% of the full villa rental fee becomes due for payment
- this is 50% refundable up to 180 days prior to arrival date
- full rental payment (the remaining 75%) must be made at least 2 weeks before arrival, cleared funds to a Spanish bank account (bank transfer) to a SL (registered) Spanish company
- the payment is non-refundable if you decide to cancel your holiday
- NOTE you can change the date of the booking (time frames before arrival date do apply, please ask)
